The Mac has long been thought of as not needing a program to uninstall. Well, the longer we have Mac OS X, the more it becomes clear that more and more artifacts are left behind when we just drag an application to the trash. Last week, Reggie Ashworth announced AppDelete 3.1.2. With a simple Drag & Drop, AppDelete will uninstall anything along with all of the associated items. Mac users will no longer have to hunt through their system to find and delete these items manually. Leopard, MacOSX 10.5 introduced us to Spaces which gave us the ability to have “sets” of applications in a virtual desktop. But frequently I need to have two window open side by side. This is what Divvy does. It is an entirely new way of managing your workspace. You can give each window the space you want by hitting a command key when that window is active.
