Corner-A has rolled out LightFrame 2.0 for Mac OS X. The New version of LightFrame brings an improved user interface and new rendering engine made from the scratch. Both stability and performance increased, and a lot of features were added as well, including frame stacks. LightFrame now allows to add even complex frames with few clicks and set up every aspect of the frame.
Start-up app developer Undaunted Apps has just released Celebritize! for iPhone and iPod touch 4G devices. With Celebritize!, users can snap photos of themselves and their friends with their favorite celebrities anytime, anywhere. This unique and innovative app, priced at just $.99, includes four to eight poses of the featured celebrity. Celebritize! is the first app put out by start up app developer Undaunted Apps and partner PocketMac.

Independent developer, Scott Gruber has released ShapeEffects 2.0, a major update to his image editing tool for iPad. ShapeEffects offers a very different and exciting way in creating composite works of art from a list of 13 pre-defined shapes and a large variety of colors.
Aspyre Apps has rolled out PhotoCaddy — now available for the iPad. PhotoCaddyHD is a handbook for photographers of all skill levels, with content that is constantly evolving thanks to an active user community.

Apple calls the iPad a “magical and revolutionary product,” and it certainly is. It’s cute, lovable, and fun to play with, but it’s also a bit mysterious. As with all Apple products, the iPad’s basics are easy to understand, but many of its best features are well beyond the basics, and many users will look for guidance to get the most out of their new toy.
