For several years now, Ilene Hoffman has hosted the Hess Memorial List for events that are held during MacWorld Expo. This year is no exception, even if the show is now called MacWorld|iWorld Expo.
The Loop Business Expo & iZone Expo, the only Apple-related Exposition for Business users, is on June 1, 2011 at the Emabassy Suites at Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts. Admission is free to the event if you are considering becoming an Apple business end-user.
Web 2.0 Expo and Web 2.0 Summit, welcome a lineup of distinguished keynote speakers to this year’s event, including Jay Adelson, Chris Brogan, Caterina Fake, Jascha Franklin-Hodge, Beth Novak and Kevin Rose, in addition to an expanded program with first time sessions and a New York Launch Pad. At the Macintosh Computer Expo more than 25 vendors showed their products. Some were even selling products made for the Mac. This conference was held in Petaluma.
What is astounding to me is that a throw away line at the end of the story seemed to generate the most comments.
“People at the conference are all part of a large family who worship the same thing.
“It’s definitely a cult following,” Hannigan said.”
