Apple has started selling iPad 2s on their online store. They are all Wi-Fi + 3G.
The models available at this time are:
32GB Wi-Fi+3G for $679 and 64GB Wi-Fi+3G for $779. These work on both AT&T and Verizon. Both black and white colors are available. (A $50 discount from the price of new iPad 2s.)
The refurbished models carry the same warranty and return policy that new units carry. They also have new batteries and casings. The refurbs can not be engraved or gift wrapped. Orders will ship within 1-3 days when I looked today.
