IMHO: It is unbelievable how easy it is to get Facebook members to forward messages that are obviously false.
The latest one reads:
IT IS OFFICIAL. IT WAS EVEN ON THE NEWS. FACEBOOK WILL START CHARGING DUE TO THE NEW PROFILE CHANGES. IF YOU COPY THIS ON YOUR WALL YOUR ICON WILL TURN BLUE AND FACEBOOK WILL BE FREE FOR YOU. PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE ON, IF NOT YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED IF YOU DO NOT PAY
Why do they have to shout? Does that make us believe it more? Please folks, check for facts before you repost just as most of you have learned to do for e-mail. Check Snopes.com when needed and check with someone in authority before you automatically forward.
