Lion Disk Maker is a small application programmed with AppleScript that you can use with Mac OS X 10.6 or 10.7 to burn a DVD or build a bootable USB key from Mac OS X Lion’s Installation programm.
Lion Disk Maker is available from the French blog “Serial Serveur.” When you launch the application it looks for Mac OS X Lion Install in the Applications folder or uses Spotllight to find it. I will then offer to build a DVD or a USB bootable disk for installing Lion in the future. Good for reinstalling Lion.
You need a SuperDrive with a 4.7 GB single layer disk or a 4 GB minimum USB flash drive. (Or a Firewire drive, but they are hard to find and more expensive.)
The application is donation ware.
