KIngston Wi-Drive

This device sounds pretty interesting. It provides iOS users with additional storage space that is available via Wi-Fi.

The Kingston Wi-Drive, looks much like an iPhone 3G or 3GS, at least from the back. It is a Flash-based portable storage device that allows up to three Apple iOS device users to stream different file types simultaneously without any performance disruption.

The web site doesn’t have pricing, but GizMac claims that the devices will cost US $130 for 16 GB of storage or $175 for 32 GB.

Their article is here: http://www.gizmag.com/kingston-wi-drive-wireless-portable-shareable-ipad–iphone-storage/18815/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A%20GizmagMobileTechnology%20%28Gizmag%3A%20Mobile%20Technology%29#comments

They also have a link to a video about the Wi-Drive. However, it is a .flv file, that I am not recognize. Fortunately, Miro did recognize it and played it. Don’t know if any other player will.
