I never paid a lot of attention to MacMost, even though I downloaded its iPhone app last fall when I first got my first iPhone.
I came across it again this evening and gave it a closer look. The web site itself does something different. While it offers tip, hints and help for Macintosh users, they are presented as video clips.
The one that got my attention is number 518 called “iTunes Store Refunds.” iTunes, App Store and iBook refunds are not something that one is entitled to as the terms say that they are sold as is. However, it never hurts to ask and this video tells you how to go about it.
Other videos are archived by categories. those include Accessibility, Audio, Automator, Backing Up, Connectivity, Cross-Platform, Finder, Games, GarageBand, Graphics, Hardware, iCal, iMovie (32), iPad, iPhone, iPhone Accessories, iPhone Apps, iPhone OS, iPhoto and more.
