Here’s a line-up of tools that help to transfer company’s online catalogs, websites, presentations to Apple’s iPad and view them at any time, even when Internet connection is not available. The tools allow users to download HTML-based materials either directly to iPad, or to their desktop computers and then upload downloaded files to their mobile devices.

SpinArt has been named one of the top iPhone Apps of the year by iTunes Rewind 2010. The annual iTunes Rewind list published by Apple highlights the best in Apps and other media for the past year. SpinArt has been named to two separate top 10 lists in this year’s iTunes Rewind. There’s also a SpinArt ‘lite’ you can install for free.

DaisyDisk Team has released the public beta of DaisyDisk 2.0, a major update to their award-winning disk analyzer utility for Mac OS X. Disk contents are displayed as an interactive color-coded sunburst map, quickly revealing large files which may no longer be needed, and allowing to delete them. Pixel Research Labs has announced that Ringer, their iPhone ringtone creation tool for Mac OS X, is on sale in the Mac App Store through 1/17/2011. Ringer allows users to choose any non-protected file from their iTunes library or any media file on their system that can be opened by QuickTime (MP3, AAC, MOV, MP4, M4V) and turn it into a unique ringtone.
