This is a Mac blog that is new to me. They have a section for Tips & Tricks, one called Wallpapers and another one called “The Top List.”
The Tips &K Tricks section is the default home page. As of this writing, the Tips here are: “How to change the background of a folder in Mac OS X”, “Generate a .txt file listing all items from a folder”, “Kill frozen applications with terminal:, “Most Beautiful Apple Wallpapers” and “Random Desktop Wallpaper.”
Judging by the number of comments on these articles, there isn’t as much traffic here as they deserve. But then again, the last of these tips were published in August. So maybe even the administrator doesn’t come here that often.
Check it out. I had no idea how easy it was to change the background of a folder, however getting the file names into a .txt file requires the use of Terminal.
