App Donkey has its own list of free Mac application. 1295 to be exact. You should be able to find most anything you want there.

The main thing that separates it from other “list” sites I have seen is that you can pick the files you want to download and then download them all at once. Once you selected an application, it won’t let put in the list a second time. No duplications.
