On Saturday, September 11th, the Apple Corp of Dallas celebrated their existence by recognizing that it was the 400th main meeting.
During the meeting, Ray Thompson, one of the founding members presented a video he created about the early days of computer groups in general and the Apple Corp specifically. That video is currently on Apple ][ History site. The Apple ][ History site of course concentrates on the early Apple computers. Ray's video primarily is about the Apple ][ era as well.
Ray is still very active with the group. He currently runs a FileMaker SIG. I first met him in 1985 when I visited the group while I lived in Honolulu. Those days were certainly interesting and every Apple user was accepted as a family member.
