Independent developer Pere Orra has announced Touch Cams 1.0 for iPhone and iPod touch devices. Touch Cams is a webcams viewer that lets you freely distribute the cams on as many screens you may need. Touch Cams does not include a cams directory, and instead lets you find webcams on the web with its integrated web browser with Google search.

This article at “Mac-Essentials” has a pretty nice list of Mac apps. I don’t know that Apple would agree with all of them. After all one listed is Flash, which Apple is not allowing on the iPhone, the iPod Touch or the iPad.

Last week Apple unveiled their latest creation, the iPad. It’s a tablet device that is basically a giant iPhone. One of the best features is that virtually all iPhone and iPod Touch Apps are compatible with this new and exciting device! Which means that you can already print from the iPad using the current version of ActivePrint for the iPhone!

With more and more people using Safari on the iPhone to browse the Web for work and play, the lack of in-page search functionality in this popular mobile Web browser is baffling. If one has ever used the “Edit – Find” feature of traditional Web browsers, one must wonder why it is not available in Safari on the iPhone.

Apple has finally introduced the iPad. It’s been talked about and fantasized about for several years. We first started predicting the “iPad” (or iTablet, or iSlate) ever since the first iPod Touch came out. Once we get our hands on one, we’ll see if it meets our expectations. For now, we’ll have to rely on Apple media info for the details…
