Mosa Motion Graphics has launched Balloon Boys, its new iPhone app featured in the iTunes App Store. The application is based on America’s Colorado balloon boy story.iPhone users can now make their own balloon boy hoax, using their on-board camera, and Balloon Boys life-like graphics. Add a Balloon Boy to the sky where you live, and make a hoax creation. Share and email to friends.
Arrange balloon and child images with iPhone’s finger gestures, and superimpose them over any of iPhone’s photos. Add anti-aircraft cross hairs to any creations.
America was riveted by the real life folk-tale of the balloon boy in mid-October, 2009. The story was a throw back to Francois Traffaut’s film, “The Red Balloon” where in the end; helium balloons carry a little boy away. Traffaut’s film romanced the concept; America’s balloon boy panicked an entire nation.
Balloon Boys allows iPhone owners to participate in the balloon boy story of Colorado in a totally entertaining way. If you found the original story entertaining, you will enjoy this even more.
Kari Adams, of Mosa Motion Graphics LLC says
“People are bombarded with the bizarre, yet all too real stories of our time. Being able to participate in the growing legend of the balloon boy, is like immersing yourself into an event sure to become an instant classic American folk-tale. This iPhone app is totally entertaining. Interactive media can put the consumer into the story, like never before. Emulation can now part of the experience.”
What a hoot!
