What is your group doing to take advantage of the social networking. In August, at Cowtown MUG we had a member talk about using Twitter and Facebook. The talk was primarily about using them for the job hunt, but perhaps we need to use them for user groups as well.
I started up personal accounts on Twitter and on Facebook. I am considering putting the InfoManager out there as well. What do y’all think?
I am real easy to find on Facebook as Lynn Wegley. (Imagine that.)
On Twitter, I am lynnw3. That is based on an email address that I have had on several services.
Look me up, I have quite a few friends on FB consider how long I have been there. Of course, they are primarily family and co-workers. On Twitter so far I only have one follower.
