I am sure that all of us as MUG presenters have had the experience of not having a presentation go exactly as planned. Well Steve Jobs and Phil Schiller have had problems as well.
This video allows you to see examples of when that happened and how the experts handled it. Not any better than most of us would have done. Of course, they really havenl’t had that many when you consider how many of these presentations they have done over the past 30+ years.
