I am beginning to look at Twitter. (I know I am behind the curve here.) I just came across this web site that lists all these clients. Now I have to get signed up and start trying the whole concept out.
The author says: “Since twitter has gone mainstream, the supporting applications and services are sprouting up like wildfire on Internet. Mac Lounge – Mac OS X and iPhone. Supports multiple twitter accounts and twitter search options. In Beta
NatsuLion – Different tabs for public timeline, replies, DM’s, sent and unread messages. Only Leopard

Tweetr – Light weight twitter client is available for Mac and Windows. You can send files of size up to 10MB via tweetr.
TweetDeck – Multi-column twitter timelines, powerful twitter search and custom groups makes it an ideal twitter client for power users. Available for Mac, Windows and Linux platform.
Tototl – Mac only. One of the fastest and light weight twitter desktop client.
Twibble – Mac and Windows. Supports multiple twitter accounts that can be managed as separate tabs.
Twidget – Mac only. Ideal for casual users.
twhirl – First twitter client used by the author. The second most popular desktop client after Tweetdeck and offers tons of options for every serious twitter user.
Twitter – Mac, Windows and Linux. Supports custom groups and twitter search.
twitterrific – Two more variants for iPhone and iPod Touch.
Twitter Studio – Mac only.
Twittia – Mac only. Also supports Twitpic.
