According to Ted Hodges in this 2007 article it is possible for OS X and Window’s users to experience Apple’s Lisa.
Ted says that “Ray Arachelian, creator of the Lisa Emulator Project, has finally created a working Lisa emulator.”
Ted downloaded the Lisa emulator, got a ROM, and found a copy of the LOS, both of which are necessary for the emulator to work.
He then steps through booting and provides many screen shots of Apple’s first GUI.
