Ron McElfresh shares his favorite iPhoto add-ons in this article, Free iPhoto Tools You Need To Have On Your Mac
McElfresh comments:
iPhotoApple’s big punch in iLife ’08 is iPhoto, now that iTunes is free. Most of us use iTunes and iPhoto and that’s not likely to change any time soon.
He talks about various problems and the free downloads that solve those problems. Remember that many of the free downloads available today do ask for a ‘donation’ — you should be reminded that developing good software takes time; lots of time. If you like free software, go to the author’s site and look for the donate button. That way you can help keep the product alive.
McElfresh goes on to outline:
iPhoto Buddy – the better way to manage multiple Libraries in iPhoto.
Keyword Assistant – an easier way to manage keywords
Galerie for creating a media gallery without all the work.
… and others.
