Command Line Mac

We all know that the Macintosh's OS X has a command line, similar to that of DOS on the PC or the Apple II. That was a change from Classic Mac Systems which were GUI only.

Most of us however never use the command line unless forced. This web site tells you what you can do using the raw force of Unix.

Topics on the main page today are:

Airport command line utility
CLI Magic: For geek cred, try these one-liners
Date validation in Ruby using the Date object
Useful Mac OS X Terminal Commands
Beginning a Rails app -- for beginners
Ruby Snippets
Boot Camp
Mountain West RubyConf 2008
Ruby (Ruby is a popular text processing language that has gained a lot of momentum over the last few years)
Intel vs. PowerPC Macs
