Evernote
I have been using Evernote to manage my notes for this blog for about three weeks now. I am planning on doing about a 15 minute presentation at out next MUG meeting.
According to Xconomy blog, this has been around for quite awhile as a Windows application and also works on Windows Media phones. Recently they have added iPhone and Macintosh Leopard support.
The web site is the key to linking all the devices. It syncs with the devices. Thus you can have the info available from any where.
One of the neat features is that the web site actually does OCR on the photos and thus makes text searchable with in the photos.
