The Jing Project
Jing is a screen capture utility. It will capture video or parts of a Mac screen. It allows annotation very easily.
But if the video on the web site is to believed, and I do, the best feature is the ability to share the images and video via Flickr or other web sites easily.
The concept of Jing is the always-ready program that instantly captures and shares images and video…from your computer to anywhere.
It is available for both Mac and Windows.
They also say: "It’s something we want to give you, along with some online media hosting, to see how you use it. The project will eventually turn into something else. Tell us what you think so we can figure out what that is."
