Web2 Delight

I have been using Miro to select videos from the web. This application does some of that and some things it doesn’t. It locates, vies and downloads videos from YouTube, Veoh, BlipTV, Eyespot and photos from Flickr, Picasa, Webshots and Photobucket.

It also provides a way to organize these downloads into custom collections, create slideshows and burn to CD or DVD. It also allows transfer to your iPod and iPhone.

Web2 Delight has its own search engine and also allows streaming from the sites. It converts all videos into mp4 format. That makes the transfers to the iPod, iPhone and AppleTV easy.

Web2 Delight also searches Flickr, Picasa, Webshots and Photobucket. It uses CoverFlow view to run through your collections in a jiffy. All downloaded photos can be synched with your iPhoto to sync with your iPod/iPhone or AppleTV.

It also has parental controls.

Web2 Delight runs on Mac OS X 10.4.8 (or later) and Mac OS X Leopard. To explore further, download Web2 Delight and checkout the cool features. It runs in a fully functional mode during the 30 days trial period. Currently in Beta, pricing hasn’t yet been set.
