Read it to Me
As you undoubtedly know, Mac OS X can read text for you. So how about program that uses AppleScript to convert text to audio files so that you can listen to your e-mail on your iPod or iPhone?
Read it to Me, now open source software that will do just that.
In fact it will also read NetNewWire, MemoPad and Safari for you.
