I found this listed I believe on MacObserver and the article claimed that it was the first Basic help site for the Mac OS. One of the comments said MUGs have been providing this kind of information since 1984.
However, even though this is a new site, there are several useful articles and even old timers like myself can learn from it. Currently the main page has an article on video formats and how to get the Mac to support them all.
It is certainly worth checking out and could even provide some ideas for meetings, especially for those beginner SIGs like the Apple Seeds session I started at TUMS back in 1996. (And the current group is still having those sessions.)
See the site here.
