You Control: iTunes
You Control's menu bar software for iTunes provides us with the ability to control iTunes while it is hidden. This means that you can skip to the next song or select a different one using a menu added to the menu bar.
With the software you can control iTunes directly from the menu bar without leaving your application, browse your entire music library from the menu, display the currently playing track and artwork in overlays, assign hot keys to control many aspects of iTunes and rate your songs directly from the menu bar. The only confusion I have is that there is a downloadable serial number available on the web site, but the software already had the serial number installed.
This is a free program to demonstrate how easy it is to use these types of programs and thus lets you know about the other "You Control" programs.

you control: fonts ($19.95) - Lets you create a WYSIWYG font menu that displays the fonts in their own typeface and groups them into their proper font families. It also assigns Hot Keys to your commonly used fonts. Menu includes a waterfall style preview of each of your fonts.
