Pinball Widget for Mac?
Last week we lamented that there was no good pinball program for OS X. Several readers wrote and recommended the baKno MacPinball widget. We downloaded it and -- although a bit problematic installation -- are having a good time with it. Still not a full featured pinball game, but lots of fun anyway...
baKno MacPinball is an extremely entertaining 3D Pinball simulation game for Mac OS X. Combined with its sleek design, realistic effects, user options, as well as solo or 2-player modes, MacPinball is sure to offer engaging game play for all ages.
Version 2.5 adds a new table, faster response on shooter control, realistic bouncing effects on flippers, as well as minor bug fixes.

MacPinball is available as both a Dashboard Widget and an Application. Gamers may also post their scores to baKno's Top 100 list to compare against other players around the globe. MacPinball is the #1 downloaded widget at Apple Downloads since its first release Nov 21, 2007.

A full-featured demo version is available for download from the baKno website. Single seat licenses are priced at $19.95 USD. There is also a promotional two-seat license available for $29.95 USD.
