Fix for Mac Office 2008 bug
Earlier this week, it was reported that Microsoft's New Office for Mac 2008 incorrectly assigned full read and write access to a nonadministrative user if the Mac was set up with multiple accounts.
The account in ComputerWorld says this could leave a Mac vulnerable to malware that could hide its files in Office directories.
Microsoft promises a fix, but in the mean time they have offered away for an administrator to reset the permissions using Terminal.
