Apple Paper Clip
This is one of those stories that shows how Apple gets it with customer service.
A customer who had his iPhone for over two weeks had to return it for repairs.
He received his replacement phone. (I have always liked it when a company provides a replacement product BEFORE they get the old product back.)
When he started looking for a paper clip to remove his SIM card, he found that Apple had provided him with one in the box. Complete with instructions on its use.
