Native OS X Applications

osx.hyperjeff.net claims to have the oldest running and the best-kept list of OSX applications on the Internet.

Although on August second he admitted that work had been taking up his time. However, he did have posting of files as recent as September 8th, which is when I am writing this.

On the opening page to the site, he posts news that he is interested in, along with his opinion of it.

Other pages via tabs are Articles, My Programs, OSX Links, Showcase, Prefs and Blog. But what was primary interest to me was the OSX applications page.

Her you see a list with just 8 columns Date, Name, Description, Kind, Bin (sometimes size), Src (Source), Intel, and License. Then there is a filter engine which allows you to search by free, open, shareware/pay or all. Also check boxes for source and Intel. So it is relatively easy to select say Open Source programs for your Intel Box.

Being who I am, my first selection is for Free/Open which gives me both. For example free and open source games.
