TechTV - rebuilt?
Revision3 has a number of tech movies available. It is done by the folks that did Digg, so naturally Diggnation is one of the shows.
Other shows that look interesting are Ctrl-Alt-Chicken, a cooking show, but nearly all the others appear to be tech oriented. Geekdomo, The GigaOM show, iFanboy, InDigital, Infected, Pixel Perfect, Systm and Web Drifter. Not sure about thebroken, The Totally Rad Show, Web Drifter and XLR8RTV. Notmtv looks interesting if you are into independent music.
Formats supported are QT, theora, WMV and Xvid in large and small sizes. You can sign up for Vidcasting feeds as well as Torrents Feeds. Now if they could just get a channel in Miro.
Of course there are forums for discussion as well.
