With Spanning Sync, you can synchronize Google Calendar and Apple iCal. That enables the sharing of calendars between multiple Macs. Even with your iPod and iPhone.
Of course, Google Calendar already has sharing features with Gmail and now with iCal, you can have off line notifications. Maybe Apple should add this to its .Mac actions.
