Apple Do It Yourself
One of the biggest complaints about Apple computers is that they aren't servicable by an individual.
This section on Apple.com appears to give you the opportunity to do what you need to fix your Mac. It does give some good instructions on doing a lot of things on the Mac. However, when I went to see about ording parts I got a contract for service.
That wasn't what I wanted, so I backed out.
