Bubble Guru
This sounds like something that a creative user group could use on their web site.
It consists of a "container" shaped like a bubble that provides an easy way to add video to the site.
Bubble Guru allows 1 free message. For more than that, there is a fee. However the fee has not yet been listed. Those options are to be ready in June.
You would go to the Bubble Guru web site and using your computer's video and microphone record your message. The free version will include a Bubble Guru logo on your web site. (Thus you are providing advertising for them.) You are limited to 500 MB per month of bandwidth. The site also has a catalog of web cams available if you need one.
