I was told about this search engine by a co-worker today.
It is a little bit scary
This site will display 20 years of address history for almost anyone. Some of the addresses will include phone numbers and some include the age of the individual. There are also links that take you to pay sites where you can pay to obtain criminal records and do background checks.
As far as I could determine, they don't do anything to insure that there is a legit reason for someone to ask for the info, just pay your $49 or what ever the fee is for that particular listing.
