Wufoo
Wufoo is an Internet application that is used to build online forms. With these forms it is possible to do a number things. One example is to develop a survey for your membership. ("What would it take to get you to a meeting?")
The survey can be accessed by any browser, but only Safari, Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox are officially supported.
The form that the user designs is basically the front end of a database. The data collected in the database can be seen as an online report also designed by you or as an Excel spreadsheet or a comma delimited file. The reports can even be fed to you via an RSS feed.
The form can even be setup to be accessible from your web site.
Besides surveys, other possibilities are contact forms, mailing lists, calendars, account or customer management or collection tracking.
The cost is free for form forms with 3 reports if the form has 10 fields or less and there are 100 entries per month. If the account is inactive for 6 months it is canceled. The more usage the more it costs, but after the free account, the lowest cost one allows 10 forms, 20 reports, 500 entries per month and 100 MB of storage. All for $9. For each entry over the limit, there is an additional $.05 charge. The free account does include advertising on the confirmation page, but the paid accounts do not have any ads.
