Christie’s auction house in New York is offering 1,000 costumes, props, documents and other leftovers of “Star Trek” fame, guessing at likely prices because items from the series have rarely been sold before. The auction runs for three days, which means it will be 39 years and 362 days shorter than the cultural phenomenon on which it is based.
Maybe you’d like a Klingon battleship. A model of the Enterprise, one that was shot against backgrounds of receding stars.
