Adobe getting tougher all the time

Getting up to speed on Adobe products may not be as easy as it looks...

If you're a seasoned user of Photoshop, Illustrator, Elements or any of the other Adobe software offerings, you probably never have a problem breaking in the latest upgrades. After all, they really don't change much beyond cosmetics and a new palette or so. Of course, they'll change the menu commands just for meanness.

But for all those new users, and new members just coming on board in your user group, the learning curve can be really steep. Even the old veterans have problems learning the upgrades if the software isn't used very often -- like Acrobat.

The good news is, Adobe is offering a series of free eSeminars that deliver professional level information perfect for your group's upcoming meetings.

The Adobe Creative Suite 2 eSeminar Series focuses on the Creative Suite 2 series of programs and how they can be used to get the results you need in both an efficient and creative fashion.

Seminars usually run around 90 minutes or so and cover a variety of topics, from the basics of the Adobe Creative Suite 2 to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe InDesign and more. Each topic will be presented twice, on different dates between April 18 and May 11. As above, they are all free, but you need to register to reserve your space.

It does require a rather lengthy registration and survey -- but I believe they probably don't ask your underwear size.
